Rudy Golez Jr
President / CEO

Mr. Golez is one-of-a-kind multifaceted Professional. Schooled in the Philippines and in the United States where he gained his world experiences from US Military Government to the private instutions as well as the local and national government projects for over 20 Yrs. Obtained his Masters in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development.

His team is currently designing and deploying flagship goverment projects in different countries providing water, power, waste management, real estate development, bridging the needs of communities and improving the lives of the people through humanitarian and lively-hood projects with the help of United Nation initiatives.

His keen creative and analytical mind gave him the edge to put together the concepts of electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and software engineering and invented a fuel-less power generating system which could be a disruptive technology to meet the dire need for more renewable energy.    He held a patent for this wonderful creation since September 2019.


Mar Solinap, CPA
Vice President / CFO

Mr. Solinap, graduated with B.S. Commerce, major in Accounting (Cum Laude) and obtained his MBA (with distinction) from the International Academy of Management & Economics from the Philippines, with concentration in global management, marketing management, managerial accounting, financial mgmt, human resource mgmt and production mgmt.  He also has a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation with Harvard-trained professors from Real Estate Negotiation Institute since 2017.

Mar also holds the following positions: President/CEO, Creative Rebranding Marketing Corp (Philippines), since 2021;  President/CEO of GMJ Ventures (California, USA) since 2017; Distinguished Realtor of RE/MAX Champions (USA), since 2018.  He has worked in various capacities as lead Accountant, financial analyst, chief financial officer (CFO), at the University of Wisconsin and in California corporations such as RE Ventures, Inc., and Elite Property Management, LLC.  Distinguished CFO and project Planner in 2009 recession.  As CPA since 1988 in the Philippines, Mar has extensive experience in controllership, improving profitability, working closely with the top execs of the Board including Jollibee Foods Corp. and SM Mega Malls Holdings.


Andy Dacillo
Director of Marketing & Business Development

Mr. Dacillo has unrivaled skills in identifying market trends, market anomalies and disruptive innovations that could be opportunities and high sales volume.  He introduced advanced technological products to the Philippines, such as the Japan-made water treatment technology, a Canadian-made termite-proof kilin-dried lumber and the temperature-controlled aquaculture to over 1,400 cooperatives and successfully secured foreign millions of loans and grants for over 6,000-member farmer’s cooperative in northern Philippines.  He is presently involved in sales of real estate development and marketing of the Medical City Development of Elias & Company Holdings Corporation.

DR. DAVID VESCO, MD

Medical and Science DIrector VGR

(Internal Medicine and Neuriology) Co-Owner of VGR and Sole Owner of Cenyon Medical Center

Dr. Vesco was the first medical doctor to develop a correlation between Hyperbaric Chamber Oxygenation and pre and post stroke victims.  In 1990, Dr. Vesco received a personal recognition by President Ronald Reagan for receiving some of the highest marks after taking his meds.  (November 24, 1986, The White House).

Some of Dr. Vesco's achievements in science and medicine were recognized in the form of two, congressional and senatorial (Congresssional Record, Vol.133, No.202, December 18, 1987; State of Michigan, Senate Resolution No.236, June 16, 1987) awards and a California States Assembly Recognition (October 31, 2001)

Dr. Vesco authored several books, including a Textbook of Neurology.  Former and current professional titles include University Professor; Treating Physician; Medical Director; Founder and President of Canyon Medical Center and Urgent Care.

He was the first in th world to produce commercially viable catechin active emollient.

Dr. Vesco currently owns Canyon Medical Center established in 1989 and is an owner in VGR Imaging Center.

Dr. Vesco and partner Earl Gordon originally worked with primordial cells on a UCLA project, which led both of them to form VGR along with John Reda to develop a delivery system for populated mesenchymal stem cells that are derived from adiposed cord tissue and bone marrow.  They also have developed a device to anchor stem cell for 48 hours that can heal an individual faster than convention stem cell producers - this will lead to a novel patentable enrichment strategy for MSCs and supportive cells for use in a variety of therapeutic applications.  Earl Gordon is also an owner in VGR imaging Center located in Calabasas.

DR. EARL GORDON, PhD

Started VGR in the Medical Rehab Market in California

Earl Gordon has a degree in Health Administration and is an expert in medical and business management.  He formed American Environmental Corp. in 1981, which became one of the first companies in Los Angeles to recycle secondary waste fibers.  Earl Gordon sold American Environmental in 1995 in order to pursue his studies and development in science and health.  He partnered with Bert Rosenthal, MD, a prominent Los Angeles Cardiologist, and Sports Club LA/Spectrum Club owner Mike Talla, to form Health Fitness America, Inc., one of most innovative Physical Therapy Clinics in LA.  His successful procedures included post surgical patients from some of the most prominent Orthopedic groups including Santa Monica Orthopedic Group (SMOG) and Southern California Orthopedic Institute (SCOI).  Earl Gordon has also worked as a medical consultant.  He spent the last 9 years studying stem cell technologies and its future benefits for many diseases.  He worked with Dr. Vesco and Dr. Ben Van Handel on a joint venture with UCLA regarding the improvement of cartilage and cardiac disorders.  Dr. David Vesco, John Reda and Earl Gordon recently formed VGR Research and Development Corp. for the purpose of creating an efficient method to marrow.  They also have developed a device to anchor stem cell for 48 hours that can heal an individual faster than convention stem cell producers - this will lead to a novel patentable enrichment strategy for MSCs and supportive cells for use in a variety of therapeutic applications.

Project Development Director

Mr. Anthony Fernandez has a degree in Business Administration and has Graduate Studies in Public Management. A dynamic enterpreneur, he acts currently as CEO of Super Moringa in Los Angeles, California and previously as CEO of One on One Care Service Franchise Organization from 2015 to 2020.

Anthony is highly-experienced, result-oriented and an effective leader with a strong record of performance in high-paced organizations. He led the Good Shepherd Home Care, Inc., a private duty care service provider for seniors in Los Angeles and Orange Counties (California), to grow from zero to multi-million dollar company (2003 to 2018).

An efficient and effective teamplayer, Mr. Fernandez possesses excellent organizational and analytical skills.  He utilizes keen analysis, insights and team approach that drives organizational improvements, resolve multiple complex issues (operational, sales, human resources, legal, financial) and achieve corporate goals and objectives.

Mr. Fernandez’s superior communication, interpersonal and leadership skills has landed him wide-ranging leadership roles in the private sector and prominent positions in the local and national government representing the youth between 1991 to 2001, including as Consultant for Youth Affairs to the Office of the President of the administrations of Philippine President Corazon Aquino and President Joseph Estrada.

Registered Dietitian

Ms. Sarah Gordon is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a nutritionist who has been credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), formerly known as the American Dietetic Association.

She works closely with IBS and SIBO patients and utilizes functional lab testing such as stool analysis, breath tests and urine panels to address the root cause. Her specialties include bloating, food sensitivities, leaky gut, irregular bowel movements, heartburn, acid reflux, hives, leaky gut and migraines. Sarah Gordon is soon to be an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner who specializes in digestive health.

Sarah design meals for patients at the clinic with musculoskeletal disorders and medical issues. She will prescribe healthy nutritional meals and supplements that are necessary to help with recovery and educate these patients for the future to stay healthier and live longer.  Sarah Gordon’s motto is “Therapy and rehab are only 2 of the protocols necessary in helping people who are ill or in pain. Proper nutrition and natural supplements are essential in not only preventing certain diseases but also help in the recovery as well.”

Burke Whitney is currently the CEO and President of The JDIS Group which is one of the leading MRI, CT and Molecular Imaging equipment and service ISOs. JDIS has established clients at the finest institutions across the United States and on 5 continents. Mr. Whitney has also managed all phases and aspects in the development and on going management of numerous imaging and cardiology facilities.

In his previous role as Director of Business Development at one of the leading Beverly Hills Imaging groups, he focused on efficiently bringing the latest diagnostic exams and technology into the outpatient setting. Mr. Whitney continued consulting with several imaging centers along with participating in project management with Siemens serving in both the hospital and outpatient settings. Over the years Burke’s clients include The Cleveland Clinic, GE Healthcare, Siemens Medical Solutions, Hospital Corporation of America Philips Healthcare, Dignity Health and numerous others.

With the years of experience in clinical operations along with imaging equipment installation and technology management, Burke possesses knowledge spanning all aspects of radiology workflow and facility development. His experience allows a venture to maximize clinical outcomes and patient care while achieving financial efficiency by eliminating needless supply chain and service participants..

Project Management
 

Jade Presbitero has Gained valuable experience through his job roles, including Regional Department Head at Monark Equipment, a Caterpillar Dealership in the Philippines.  Was responsible for the performance of the region.. Consistently achieved the performance benchmarks set by Caterpillar and consistently received positive feedbacks for management skills and leadership qualities.  Spend a long time at Carlos A. Gothong Lines Inc., as Corporate wide asset and security management officer.  These experiences have enhanced his Corporate Management skills, especially working with other area managers and able to compete productivities.

Completed his education at the University of San Carlos Technological Center, with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering.  As a student, I excelled in various Electronic Circuit Design and Wireless Communications gadgetry.  Consistently maintained a high GPA and was actively involved in various leadership trainings, where strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills through my coursework and collaborative projects where given full focus of the study.

Beyond education and job experience, Jade has actively pursued project management enhancing his detailed management skills.  He also has completed various trainings and certifications in a high-pressure environment. These training had prepared him for the larger scale project management responsibilities with crazy deadlines.
